Great location, great property!

Liked: Excellent location! Just off Dame St - it does not get better in Dublin unless you’re loaded of course and afford the 5 star hotels! This property was super clean, at an awesome location, good value for money and breakfast was great!
Disliked: Nothing other than it isn’t this affordable throughout the year! We got a deal otherwise it wouldn’t have been possible for us to stay there!

Liked: The staff were absolutely amazing, attentive and Informative we had the most amazing stay for Valentines weekend and loved our hotel and room too it was so cool and the rooms so technical and attention to detail is incredible. I asked one of the bartenders to make me a drink I always have when out on Belfast (pear drop) and after showing him the ingredients he made it perfectly.Breakfast was also delicious and the room service breakfast even more so
Disliked: The only thing we were not fond of was the room cleaning service as we asked for our room to be cleaned between 12-2 while we were out and unfortunately it wasn’t which is not anyone’s fault they were probably although we would’ve liked new towels

Liked: Everything was really great. The stuff the food the location was amazing. The only thing that I would have preferred would be a bigger bed.
Disliked: I would have preferred a bigger bed not a double but a king

It was an all round...

Liked: The location is excellent, easy walking distance to everything we needed. The style and thoughtful additional touches in the rooms were so impressive, makeup light, night light glasses for large drinks and champagne flutes... really catering for everything I could need. The bed was so comfortable and the hotel is spotless and fresh.
Disliked: The view was into another building but that's not something you can fix... can't think of anything else.
