Liked: We were very happy from the start. The reception was great. The room was so nicely set up and the view of the beach was amazing!We decided to try the restaurant and had to go back every night.

It was a great relaxing...

Liked: The room, comfortable beds, roomy modern bathroom with plenty of towels, good room temp and air quality. Amenities, spa was a great experience, restaurant and bar and pools and jacuzzi and the grounds were all excellent! This was my first time at a hard rock hotel and I’m a big fan!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like, no complaints

Loved it , the vibe...

Liked: We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite which we were very grateful for, live music was good overall , the position of the hotel on the coast is amazing and what a beach Staff around the pool area were very good and attentive
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is there isn’t a crossing in the road from the first carpark to the hotel , we had to walk further down to cross , this probably a thing you don’t have any say about but it was the only thing that we thought it could have been made easier
