Iconic hotel and a nice...

Liked: Very beautiful lobby and of course all the famous Items on display. For example the car Madonna used at an Award Show. Valet Partking worked out perfectly and the guy was very professional. Amazing view of the ocean from our balcony.Gym was in a big room it didn't had a lot of machines but they were okay like that.
Disliked: Everything good

Loved the hotel, comfortable, excellent...

Liked: The staff are amazing, so polite, accommodating, helpful and friendly. Our room (seaview) was amazing - beds very comfortable. The food and menu is excellent - lots of variety and very good quality. Everything in the hotel seems to work smoothly almost like clockwork. We were very happy with our stay overall.
Disliked: Whilst we loved this hotel - we found it hard to talk with each other in the restaurant (Sessions) as the live music was just too loud. Whilst appreciating this is a Hard Rock Hotel and we visited during Bike Week (October) which added extra noise from noise competitions - the very loud live music spoils the ambiance and enjoyment of the food and friends. Even the staff mentioned that the music was too loud and they couldn't be heard easily. It just needs turning down a little - so people can talk to each other and enjoy the music.
