Liked: The room was very nice. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The parking. I couldn't find my car when I was ready to leave. I remember the level and letter where I was parked but when I went there. my car wasn't there. I had to call Security for assistance. It seems there are 2 sides in the parking garage that bare the same levels and Letter. And I was on the wrong side. How was I to know there were 2 sides to the garage that bare the same information. There was no posting that gave me that info. and since I had never been there before, I had no idea there were 2 sides of the parking garage.

Wonderful space…no solid check in...

Disliked: Check in was at 4pm. I arrived shortly after that and told my room wasn’t ready. I had an event to get ready for and had to go out of my way twice to a busy check in desk for someone to help me.
