Rockin' stay for Universal Studios!

Liked: Our family had an amazing time at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was perfect for visiting Universal Studios and Universal Islands of Adventure. We loved the short 5-minute walk to the parks through beautiful scenery, and the free water taxi was a fun and convenient alternative. The front desk staff were amazing and very helpful. Our room was also nice, clean, and well-equipped. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Universal!
Disliked: it would only have been better if the room had free water bottles and a more modern coffee machine.

Worth the stay for easy...

Liked: We stayed in a Club Room which allowed us access to a light breakfast and drinks and snacks / salads each evening. Only downside is the hotel is tired and 4 of us in the 1 room was a squash. It is however a mere 5 min stroll to the parks and we received early access and Express Passes from staying at the hotel. So 10/10 for location if visiting Universal Parks!

Basic, bad food, unhelpful staff.

Liked: Staff was rigid and unhelpful.Corridors are frozen cold and will get you sick.Bathrooms in premium rooms are something out of the 90s.It’s a motel 6 with a theme.
