Liked: Fantastic!! Rooms clean, beds comfy and the pillows were like clouds. Pool clean, plenty of towels, entertainment was fun. Would love to stay again!!

A Home Away from Home...

Liked: Our stay at the hotel was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. Every member of the staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day. Plus, being so close to Universal Studios was a huge bonus; we were at the park within minutes. We would definitely come back again and again!

Amazing hotel. Will definitely stay...

Liked: Everything. Pool is amazing. Great staff. Clean building. Location is awesome with the ferry boat to take you to city walk and back.
Disliked: Parking is a little crazy. The spots fill up in self parking. Have a bunch of stairs to walk up with luggage from self park. Can call them to come down and get it for you.

Decent, wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: The proximity to the park is obviously the best part of this hotel. The express passes were a plus. But it’s not a 5 star property. Needs a remodel.
Disliked: The rooms need a serious update! This hotel is no where close to 5 stars. It’s closer to a 3 star hotel. The food on property isn’t good at the pool or for room service. I checked into the room with my family and the toilets were dirty, hair in the sink, the room looked lived in.My daughter fell walking back from the park to the hotel. She had a small scratch. We asked for a bandaid. They didn’t have any. Told us we would have to wait for security but that could take awhile.
