It was fine after check...

Liked: Very handy to Universal Park
Disliked: Started out on the wrong foot when we checked in at 10:45 AM with our pet 15 year old dog and couldn’t get into the room until almost 5 PM. I was stuck with dog all day and unable to use restrooms with dog in tow. I don’t believe for one minute our room wasn’t ready early, but rather felt they just didn’t want to let me into the room early.

We had a lovely stay

Disliked: How much we were charged for parking our car considering how much it costs to stay there I think the parking charges are ridiculous
