Cute hotel

Liked: Pillows are too tall and too hard!!! Neck pain every morning. They didn’t change the sheets whoole week !!
Disliked: I liked everything except for the pillows and the not changing sheets in a week.

Best stay in a long...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. Multiple tram access points very close to the hotel. Canal literally across from the front entrance. Grocery shops, restaurants and bakeries within walking distance from hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great spread of items. I looked forward to having breakfast every morning. It’s definitely a great value for the price. The hotel staff were accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and had great decor. The king bed was super comfy. Water is stocked in the room daily. Only complaint is the AC didn’t work well, however, once we turned off, the room was able to cool with no issue. Weird but it worked and our stay was still enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely choose to stay here again in the future.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart...

Liked: Great central location next to the tram line. Beautiful hotel with a great buffet breakfast.
Disliked: Having a bench in the shower room would be helpful.

Lovely but noisy

Liked: The hotel was very nice! Our room was comfortable and clean and we absolutely loved the location! However, they started outside renovations at 7:30 in the morning right outside our room window, for two days of our 4-day stay.
