Superb

Liked: All the staff were helpful and friendly. Especially David the concierge who went out of his way to help us when the taxi we had pre-booked through Booking.Com did not turn up on time. He contacted the driver on my behalf so there was no language barrier. I would also like to pass on our praise about Sarah the bar manager who is exceptional at her job and makes everyone in the bar/restaurant feel comfortable and at home. The hotel is beautiful and very very stylish and a wonderful place to stay.

Great city trip

Liked: We were upgraded to junior executive suite, with lovely bath tub with a view, a nice amount of space, and a very comfy bed... Breakfast was very good too, and the staff in the bar extremely friendly...
Disliked: Nothing really. The hotel is not cheap, but conforms to the general price level in Amsterdam.
