Liked: The room is themed based on a Beatles song which is consistent to the theme of the hotel. The room is spacious and clean.
Disliked: I don't usually use duvet but was hoping to have a white sheet to use as a blanket but there is none.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the location was good. The room was reasonably quiet
Disliked: The room 220 was very basic. The lighting was appalling. Spot lights at strange locations with nowhere to do makeup - including bathroom. There were only 2 single plug sockets in the room, neither of which was anywhere near a mirror, so drying your hair was a nightmare. And you couldn't see properly anyway! The window didn't open. There was no viewRoom 511 was the second room. Initially we were placed in a shoe box of a room 511 with no ventilation that was like a sauna with no working AC. HorrendousReception was disorganised.Would not recommend or stay again
