Liked: Always love staying here Everything is usually great
Disliked: A sign as we booked in said water will be off from 9.30 am till five It actually was off when we woke up before nine . Could not shower or use toilet . Went for breakfast Could not clean teeth after . So packed and went home instead of spending day in Liverpool

Perfect surprise break away celebrate...

Liked: We loved the Hotel, it was aesthetically pleasing and the Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. It was themed but not over the top and felt really welcoming and grand. Its a perfectly central location with lots to explore in the immediate vicinity. The room we had was with a Balcony overlooking Matthew Street, so right in the centre of the night life. This wouldn't usually be our vibe but as this was a 50th birthday celebration it was perfect! waking up to see the Liver birds over the rooftops was a treat
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like! Its hard to try to criticise a hotel that was perfect for our needs.
