Liked: The location is good but you can’t stop your car outside as it’s located on a tram line.
Disliked: I appreciate the area around the hotel is lively but my room was located above the night club and bar which was like trying to sleep inside a nightclub as the music was so loud. The room was very tired lumpy bed and tiny. The room fragrance used by the housekeepers was super strong.

Liked: Very comfy beds, central location, staff friendly
Disliked: When booking in the receptionist said our room number out loud in a busy lobby. As female visitors we would have preferred he pointed to the room number instead for safety reasons. A simple mistake just to note for future.

Great hotel with lovely staff...

Liked: Excellent hotel, we’ve stayed twice this year on a couple of trips to Dublin. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming and food at the restaurant is superb. Housekeeping staff do a great job, the room was spotless every day. I don’t get why people complain about the noise as both times we’ve been I’ve slept fine. Definitely recommend!
