Liked: We loved everything about our stay at this location. The rom was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and what a bonus to have it delivered to our room! The location was perfect to walk the city!

Very disappointed 30th wedding anniversary...

Disliked: I have travelled extensively and stayed in many hotels at all different price points. I never write reviews but felt this one to be a necessity. Very expensive stay for a room that was mediocre, at best. Supposed harbour view was blocked by a big crane being used to build a new hotel in front of the Harbour view inn. I guess they need to change the name of the hotel. The room was tiny and tired. Stained carpet, outdoor furniture was rusty with peeling paint. Couldn't use the balcony due to the construction a few feet away.The whole place just felt and looked dirty and tired. Housekeeping cleaned the room on our first morning. Didn't leave any extra toiletries even though it was clear we had used up what was in the room. No replacement face towels. For $800 dollars a night you don't expect to have to call housekeeping for anything. The bed sheets were old and very scratchy. The plugs kept falling out of the sockets they were so over used. It seemed as though the hotel was severely under staffed. Definitely would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone. It was a complete disaster for our 30th wedding anniversary stay.
