Liked: Nice quiet, place. Nice view. Convenient to the shops. Central to all the parks. Very helpful staff.
Disliked: We bookedr 5 nights for 4 adults. There were only 3 sachets and 2 packs of Davendale 150ml for the 4 of us for 4 mornings. We had to buy coffee and milk.

Liked: Great spacious apartment. It had all the necessary amenities & appliances for use. The location is perfect it’s not in Surfers paradise with the busyness but yet very close to all the places you want to visit in Gold Coast. It is right next to Harbour town outlet shopping & eateries. The host was responsive to queries & very helpful.
Disliked: Shower extraction fan/airvents didn’t work this would be helpful for when showering & when using the toilets as the the space didn’t have any windows.

disruptive neighbor, making it unsuitable...

Disliked: We stayed at Harbour Quays Apartments in units 105 and 108 from 11th December to 15th December for a 4-night trip to the Gold Coast. Unfortunately, our experience was not as pleasant as we had hoped, for the following reasons:Unit 105 Issues: Both bathroom exhaust fans in unit 105 were non-functional, which made the stay quite inconvenient. Despite reaching out to customer service, their response was unhelpful and slow, leaving the issue unresolved during our stay.Neighbor Disturbance: The next-door neighbor to unit 105 created an unpleasant environment. He appears to have a strong dislike for guests staying in this unit, and his behavior included smoking and vaping on the balcony, causing a nuisance.While the location is very accessible and convenient, making it easy to explore the Gold Coast, the issues we faced, especially with customer service and the neighbor, made this stay unsuitable for families.I would kindly recommend reconsidering this location for future stays, particularly if traveling with family.
