Normally, I don’t like to give bad reviews. However, my recommendation - spend the extra $50 and find somewhere else to stay. The beds are extremely uncomfortable; very loud and had missing linen; didn't even have a face cloth in the washroom. The gentleman who checked us out advised me that my room smelled like smoke even though I don't smoke and my husband didn't even smoke in our car parked in front. He went across the parking lot. I still have not received my deposit back. It's been two days. I would not recommend this motel. The only reason I gave it a poor and not terrible is due to the young woman who checked us in. She was very polite and very helpful. If it wasn't for her, I'd give it a terrible.

Liked: The size of the room was decent. The young woman who checed us in was very helpful and seemed knowledgable.
Disliked: Missing linens; the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Had a horrible sleep; very loud - we could hear everything above and around us. Problem checking out and getting my deposit back.

Disliked: Small soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Sticky TV remote control.

Disliked: Not much you can do But there were a few characters walking around that kinda scared me. I was on the ground floor and couldn’t open my curtains because people look in when they walk by

Wonderful service, above and beyond....

Liked: I booked a room late night off of the ferry. So tired after 40 hours of travel, I didn’t notice the office hours. They put a key for me in a lockbox and messaged me several different ways. What amazing service. And the room was a delight.

Disliked: When I walked into the room it seemed that it was not cleaned. But quickly Alan switched me to another room and the it was resolved.
