Liked: The bed was comfy and the hotel was very clean. The location was excellent.
Disliked: The car park was a separate fee, the room was noisy from the road out the front and when we asked to pay in sterling it was more expensive than advertised on booking.com the male manager on reception did not want to know.

Lovely stay, facilities & location...

Liked: Layout, shower, car park, bedroom features - was on the 3rd floor & had skylights & was very spacious….nice different Vs more ‘conventional’ bedrooms.
Disliked: Nothing

Excellent customer service

Liked: Staff had excellent customer service, they looked after us so well. Angela at check in arranged a cot for our baby last minute and facilitated us with a bigger room to fit the cot.
Disliked: Nothing

Lovely central hotel

Liked: A lovely hotel with a bright, spacious room overlooking the docks. We got a parking space at the hotel carpark, which was really convenient. It was a short walk to bars and restaurants. A lovely breakfast and really friendly staff.

Disliked: An option is offered to have breakfast in the bedroom. We left our docket on the door handle like it says on it.. the docket was collected. The breakfast should have arrived around 9. We called the reception at 9.30 as we didint receive our food and were told that our docket was never there and no breakfast was ordered. Paying for parking even tho spending 200 e on a room and breakfest. It should be included.
