This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I loved it so much that we have booked another Harbour Hotel in Salcombe.

Liked: The views of the harbour; the spa; the amazing dining room/bar at the top of the hotel; the rooms; complimentary sherry and gin.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

Staff were excellent, customer service...

Liked: The journey and parking were easy enough, the room with a balcony gave great views of the harbour and the southampton sound. The hotel provided a set of binoculars to enable you to view the coast line and ewven the Isle of White, we were blessed with a lovely spring sunny day
Disliked: Unfortunatly we had booked in for an afternoon tea, the table booking was complete but the member of staff taking the booking failed to recognise that this was for afternoon tea. We had a voucher given to us by our children, this was disapointing but the staff did all they could to sort things out and gave us a cream tea with some extra's on the house, with a promise that the voucher would be exrtended, we are still awiting the outcome of this.

Liked: This is the second visit for my husband’s birthday and we love everything about it, the complementary gin, robes, coffee machine in the room. A lady even knocked and asked if we wanted ice! Was such a great touch! The restaurant is so lovely and food was great. The bar has such a great vibe. The location is also great with lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. The pool is also lovely, little on the small side but still really nice. We also had room service breakfast and this was incredible! Piping hot and such a nice treat!
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: It seemed to me that everything was about as much money they could charge you for, I booked breakfast and when we got there is was just for continental, £10 for full, misleading.

Liked: Lovely view and location of the harbour, great bar on the 6th floor (Harbar) and the jetty restaurant was amazing the staff were attentive and helpful
Disliked: The room was a bit noisy as we were on the 5th floor just under the bar on the 6th
