Disliked: Booking.com said breakfast was included,unfortunately it was for continental breakfast This should have been made clear on the booking confirmation I will need to look carefully at this in the future and perhaps consider booking direct with the hotels This was disappointing from booking.com as I have always been entirely satisfied

Liked: Room excellent lovely Seaview.
Disliked: Breakfast poor limited choice for continental breakfast. Gluten free bread awful . The fresh fruit was hard not ripe . Plates supplied too small .

Really enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: Spa was excellent and very clean. One of the best hotel pools I have used. Breakfast was excellent. The included breakfast is continental only but optional cooked is available at extra cost. However the continental choice was excellentStaff very helpful.
Disliked: Room 11 seems to get become hot and stuffy. Fans were provided thankfully. Not sure whether it is above the Spa ro kitchens. Window only opens about 4 inches.

Liked: Great location and fantastic staff
Disliked: The room was far too small for a king size bed - made it very cramped in the room. Not what you expect for a room at that high price. Presumably the high price is because it’s a ‘spa’ hotel. But to be honest the spa was so busy that it couldn’t be enjoyed anyway!

Liked: The room was exceptional , there was some complimentary Gin which was a nice touch I had an issue with the balcony door which was sorted straight away. Breakfast was great , gluten free requests fulfilled without issue . In door and out door pool was lovely.
Disliked: On arrival there was no parking spaces left and we were pointed to a car park across the road fortunately a spare space came up as we were leaving. On using the pool the receptionist on the spa desk seemed particularly disinterested this seemed at odds with how helpful the rest of the staff were .
