Disliked: Dreadful idea to charge extra for a cooked breakfast, just trying to squeeze more money out of us, hotel take note i will never stay here again until this practice is abandoned and i will tell everyone who will listen not to stay here because of this ridiculous idea, stop it at once

Liked: Nice location with good views of the estuary, modern rooms, nice shower and comfortable beds
Disliked: Room 105 was directly under the restaurant, so affected with scraping of chairs, poor sound proofing on windows, Poor cleanliness of room, debris under bedside cabinet and stains on chair, room door sound proofing terrible heard every word spoken by domestic team, door was actually open when we returned from our day out as obviously not latching properly, parking £10 as not booked directly with the hotel, stayed at premier inn and had better

Liked: Location, restaurant, coicktail menu.
Disliked: Bath was very small. Bathroom was too small. Plughole was dirty.

Lovely hotel, staff and location...

Liked: We had an estuary view room at the top of the building, great view , nice decor and comfy bed.Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: It was a cold February day but the room was very cold on arrival. Radiators were not working and had to call maintenance.Bathroom only had a towel radiator and was freezing.Inclusive breakfast is continental only with limited amounts put out so often had to wait for them to be refilled. wWould expect a full breakfast for the price.Whilst having cocktails at 10:30 in the nice cocktail bar staff were laying out breakfast tables and buffet next to the bar, which ruined the atmosphere for the evening and felt like you had to go.
