Beside from the cold night...

Liked: The London inn is a perfect location for padstow right in the middle the staff were all very friendly and pleasant - we had an issue with radiator on our first night as it wasn’t working we told someone who said they would have a look and fix it. We went out and when we came back he said it would click on - unfortunately this did not happen so we had to keep bathroom door open all night to get heat from the bathroom. We don’t stay another night as we had been too cold but when I advised them of this in the morning they very graciously gave me back the £90 - besides from this I would not wish to deter anyone from staying there it is just my husband has a health condition whereby he gets cold very easy so thus didn’t help. But the room otherwise had all you would need - the bathroom is lovely and the room very clean

Liked: Location was minutes away from the harbour, walkable (to hire bikes) to ride or walk the Camel estuary and not much further to beautiful beaches.

Liked: Bit of a let down that the fact that the breakfast booked on booking.com was a continental. You have to search carefully to find reference to it and I have no doubt it is done on purpose to secure further monies. EVERY other hotel you book with breakfast is a full English.
Disliked: See above plus same comments apply to the parking - she be free, no question.

Great but needs improvement

Liked: Room in attic/ top floor was hot and stuffy. Lamps on side tables were oversized and precariously positioned. Poorly chosen. We had to put them on the floor to avoid them falling off the bedside tables. Lift is slow and overused so lots of waiting time as used for housekeeping too. Needs an upgrade. Otherwise hotel is nice, staff professional and pleasant, favilities food and a nice environment/ decor. The breakfast/ bar area has great views over the estuary.
