Liked: The hotel was clean and the location was great
Disliked: Didn't see a single member of staff and the lift was broke and I had a suitcase with me

Disappointing

Liked: Nice water pressure in the shower, in general the toilet was nice, the room was also clean and nice, minor, things in the cleaning made me annoyed
Disliked: Annoying heater in my room and no heat in my colleagues room, seemed like the hotel was slowly deteriorating

Disliked: Got everything you need, bit too noisy for me. It is by the coast so wind is always going to be happening.

Liked: The location was perfect because a walkable distance from the ferry terminal!The hotel has a lovely modern chic style and a Chinese restaurant on the top floor!The large walk in shower was great too.
Disliked: Couldn't check in early because arrived mid morning and would have been quite nice to have been able to check in straight away

Lovely Hotel next to the...

Liked: Right next to the ferry port! My father and I stayed here the night before we were due to get the ferry. While the reception is only manned part of the day, it's easy to get in touch with the staff via phone and WhatsApp. They even let us check in early as we had been caught in a rain storm (we are motorcyclists). The room was spacious and well equipped, including Netflix on the TV. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel, and it won't be the last :)
Disliked: Everything was great here, room was well equipped.
