Liked: I absolutely loved the hotel. Such a gorgeous building and staff all brilliant. My room was massive and so comfortable. My only minor gripe is the cost of food and drink in the hotel.

Liked: A fantastic room with great view. A stunning lounge/bar/restaurant area with view of the estuary.

Liked: The view from our room was amazing. The staff namely, Karina, Hamilton and Emily were were really friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The car parking arrangements were farsical. Staff have hopefully taken on board our suggestion that marking bays with registration numbers rather than surnames would be much better. Both days we were there someone had parked in our allocated space which meant we had to park in a much smaller space, not suited to our larger SUV.

Disliked: My booking said Breakfast included but was charged £10 extra per day for cooked breakfast I was not advised of this.

Liked: Staff happy and helpful. lovely views. food was good lots of choices for breakfast but not much choice for me as I am dairy free if I did not have a cooked breakfast could do with packs of margarine and a butter free pastry and more jams. I was given margarine when I asked for it and oat milk was available.
Disliked: room 106Bathroom, bathrobes were clean but were ruff and thread bare. Sink tap needs replacing stained and tarnished. shower plug hole cover broken.The radiator in bedroom was very lowed the temperature control was broken we were unable to turn it off and had to sleep with the window open. Reported it to front desk. the control was put back on as it had come off this fell off when we tried to turn it down. It was then turned off completely. There is limited places to sit and relax inside for the number of rooms.
