Very comfortable hotel in a...

Liked: Great location and wonderful room and bathroom
Disliked: Not happy about paying to use the car park - we parked on the road instead but I'd expect a hotel of this standard to offer free parking if there is a car park.

Superb

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfy room. Breakfast choice was good and egg royale was delicious

Disappointing.

Disliked: Booked this room with breakfast included, however breakfast is not included ie a cooked breakfast, disappointing, I will not be staying here again

HARBOUR HOTEL

Liked: Room 32 excellent very spacious great bathroom very comfortable king size bed
Disliked: The spar pool wasn't open The prize for all of it dear

Theatre visit in favoured City,...

Liked: Location excellent, near to Festival Theatre, breakfast only brief and continental as we had early start. Staff especially reception and breakfast, very professional. Nice personal touches in room, different to other hotels
Disliked: Had to change feather pillows as my wife has allergy, albeit different pillows arrived soon after . Do not know why necessary to charge for car parking as room price quite high already.

Good position, pretty hotel.

Liked: Great position for theatre and shops; nice breakfast; good gym facilities, pretty room.
Disliked: No heating for both days of our stay. Small heater was provided on the first night but heat was uncomfortable and not very wide ranging. No one followed up to see if radiators had been fixed. On the second day there was no hot water either. We were given a discount but think more thought should have been given to making sure everything was in working order.Decor was nice but looked a little tired. Furniture could all do with a good steam clean!
