Didn't meet expectations

Liked: Nice bathroom
Disliked: Lack of basic amenities, furnishings and walls needed a bit of a refresh. Bugs in the room, not very noiseproof

Liked: Location Breakfast was good
Disliked: The lift was rarely available.Maintenance man woke me working on next door bedroom door. Surely, the maintenance man should check with reception if there are guests still in the corridor or wait until people have checked out.

We have stayed in Harbour...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Small room, limited parking, receptionist processed our bill incorrectly and despite several attempts to correct I got a call a few days later to say it was still incorrect and that I had been undercharged.
