Liked: The room was beautiful and the view was incredible, even without a harbour room. The breakfast was very nice, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Nice Hotel, great location. Check...

Liked: Clean, nice area for location. The staff and management in the Bar & Restaurant area were friendly.
Disliked: Check in, I was made to wait while people in the office were sat working but didn’t either see me or they ignored me. I could see them. The check out time is ridiculous. More the principal about 10.30am rather than the avg of 12pm in most hotels. It meant I didn’t have time to pack and have breakfast and chill out somewhat as you do when staying away on leisure purposes. Just makes everything seemed rushed and bearing in mind that check in is 3pm, I’ve never seen those times before and I’m well travelled. £8 a pint of Peroni is unacceptable, appreciate location and prices today in the industry, but someone who supplies this type of business as a career you are ripping people off.

A superb hotel with home...

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was varied, hot and plenty of choice.I enjoyed sitting by the window for breakfast and looking at the fabulous view.
Disliked: The lock on the door to the juliette balcony did.not lock which was no problem for us however not for a family with small children .

Amazing place with comfy beds!

Liked: Amazing location , plenty of spaces in the car park! Lovely view of the harbour!
Disliked: The lift was like a time warp - slowest lift of the year award!

Liked: Yes excelant location and breakfast If really picky a kipper or fish would be nice But quite understand why you don’t cos of smellGenerally excelant and v helpful manager and staff
