IT WAS A GOOD WEEKEND

Liked: THE VIEWS AND POSITION WAS GREAT FOOD WAS VERY GOOD AND THE RESTAURANT STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLYEASY PARKING AND FREE
Disliked: THE ROOM WAS NOISEY FROM THE ROOM ABOVE - LOT OF NOISE IN THE NIGHT FROM ROOM ABOVE I COULDN'T MAKE KETTLE WORK AND ASKED AT RECEPTION BUT NO ONE CAME TO SORT IT OUT AND THE NEXT DAY THE RECEPTIONIST SAID I HADN'T PUT IT ON THE SPECIFIC POINT PROPERLY FOR IT TO WORK - NEEDS A NOTICE TO EXPLAIN!!THE PILLOWS WERE VERY HARD

Spectacular views from the hotel...

Liked: The views of Poole Harbour, the Purbecks and Brownsea Island are spectacular, beds very comfy, staff friendly/efficient and bar/restaurant area very good too. A glass of wine and those views was a simple and amazingly relaxing experience.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Really nice and relaxing and...

Liked: We had a really lovely stay at the Harbour Heights over the weekend. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel was really nice.
Disliked: We loved the position and also the beautiful views of Poole Harbour, we will certainly visit again in the summer when the weather permits us to sit on the beautiful looking terrace and enjoy a few drinks out there..

Liked: The view from the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good and car parking ok. The room was a good size and warm.
