Overall it was a nice experience. The price was the best around and the quality was alright (sort of) for the price. The street noises are a little loud and the building is old. There is a nearby 711 store that is great! We were not given toilet paper in our room. It's nice being downtown but make sure you park and walk because once their lot gets full, it's all over.

Liked: It's a quaint old building and provides an interesting experience.
Disliked: Outside jackhammers and chainsaws sound like they are in your room.

PTSD pitstop... NOT!!!!

Liked: was forced to leave halfway through my stay because of continued disturbances and noises in hallway.
Disliked: even after I complained to management about my ongoing struggles with PTSD as a disabled combat war veteran with loud noises from the hall nothing was done so I was forced to leave

Rundown, Unclean, Unsafe, Infested, and...

Liked: The location and view
Disliked: Room was so infested with roaches to the point that we had to sleep in our car in the parking lot overnight as they were in the bed, dresser and nightstand drawers, and counters. Extremely run down, ridiculously unclean (literally found a clump of hair on the wall from prior guest), unsafe as all entrances are left open 24/7 - they claim it’s secure and that you need your key to access the building but that is not true. The balconies don’t even have knobs. The elevator is insanely questionable in terms of operation and safety. This place is horrifically run down and falsely advertised. The first floor smells like an electrical fire and it’s really concerning. We did not feel safe or clean here. Parking isn’t very good either

Liked: location is perfect as there are several restaurants close by and walking distance to the harbor

Liked: Location was great with parking.
Disliked: Old building with lots of stairs.

Bad

Liked: The only thing that was beneficial was the location.
Disliked: Not enough parking space and once you got parking you couldn't really m9ve your car or you could end up parking overnight at a different location.

Needed to sleep that is...

Liked: No brkfst location next to highway bathroom dirty out furniture mold
Disliked: A/C smelled like urine
