Liked: Location was perfect, a Metro station right outside, the aquarium across the street, and everything as a max of 20 min walk. Such an amazing staff as well.

Disliked: No parking and I have to pay 39 dollars per one day. The parking bill was 62 dollar ,The coupon they gimme me no cover all, and if I need my car to used in the city, I have to pay back again

A nice hotel we just...

Liked: Amazing location, most of the staff were helpful and friendly
Disliked: On our first night we went to bed early, as we were jet lagged. We were woken up at 10pm by a random couple who looked as embarrassed as me and my partner. To then receive a call from a lady at the desk telling us we are in the wrong room. We went to the room we were given by the front desk. No apology was given for the rude awakening and demanding we were in the wrong room

Liked: The staff is absolutely wonderful. Helpful and very friendly. The restaurant was fantastic for breakfast. The hotel is clean, location is ideal for tourist travel in Boston.
Disliked: I was disappointed that I booked a room with an atrium view. It was definitely not what I had envisioned. But room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

5 star location, 1 start...

Liked: If you have a rental car it is a 5 minute walk to drop off rental car at Harbor Garage which is a huge plus
Disliked: Requested a high floor and room away from elevator..I was put next to the elevator with window overlooking an interior wall over the bar on the second floor...not so friendly staff..drab, depressing checkin..dated interior from the 60s..it was clean and checkout was quick...paid no intention to my requests of high floor and away from elevator...dingy bar and restaurant..depressing Eastern European vibe..close to Harbor parking garage and room was clean only values

Disliked: Hotels now have shampoo/conditioner/soap but you didn’t….had to spend $30 at 7-11
