Awesome hotel. Enjoyable room. Location next to Dickens on the Strand was ideal for us. Breakfast very disappointing. At the price paid it should have been cook to order, with plenty of hot items.

Liked: An obvious great location to catch a cruise ship.Also, parking for cruising at a fair price. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us early check in for our room, also selling us wine to take on our trip with a fair price
