Awesome hotel. Enjoyable room. Location next to Dickens on the Strand was ideal for us. Breakfast very disappointing. At the price paid it should have been cook to order, with plenty of hot items.

My Go To place for...

Liked: Loved the front Desk personnel, location and Room!!!
Disliked: Breakfast had NO Protein also No Coffee. It was out. We just had fruit. It is important to start the day with Protein so was surprised at not having even one option.

Nice place but don’t think...

Liked: Rooms were great size and nicely decorated
Disliked: Bed was not comfortable, breakfast options could be better. Snacks in vending machine were old.
