Awesome hotel. Enjoyable room. Location next to Dickens on the Strand was ideal for us. Breakfast very disappointing. At the price paid it should have been cook to order, with plenty of hot items.

Liked: Excellent, clean hotel right in the Stand and right next to the cruise terminals. Can’t say enough about the amazing staff. Dee at the front desk was the most welcoming, friendly, helpful person ever. Highly recommend this Hotel
