The worst place, I have...

Liked: Close to the things we were doing.
Disliked: The building was old and very cold. Had a thin blanket on the bed. Called and got an answering machine. Requested extra blankets that never came. We each got one thin towel. That was never changed out.

An amazing view on Staten...

Liked: The location was superb, the view from the front room was spectacular and in a quick walk you have access to great food options, bodegas and a nice locals bakery. The host was a delight, truly helpful, friendly and professional, and the space had an old charm. Very comfortable bed and cozy accomodations.
Disliked: Though charming, the space is an older building. This is not at all a deal breaker, just a heads up. It wasn't something I didn't like, again just be aware it's not a newly renovated situation.

Liked: Loved the comfort of staying close to the Alice Austen house, a lovely diner, coffee shop and bakery right on Bay Street. A quick Uber ride to the ferry for day trips into Manhattan. An authentic NYC experience, all off the convenience of staying with your Staten Island "family". The views out of the bedroom, seeing the Verrazano bridge, Statue of Liberty and the ships was awe inspiring.

Liked: I liked the location a lot. Having the view of the Staten Island Bridge and Manhattan all night.Rhe room was really warm.
Disliked: The room was very small, there weren't any facilities like slippers or shampoo. It wasn't really comfy moving around. There wasn't any small table if u want to eat sth in room.
