I would recommend staying here.

Liked: The property is about 10 mins away from Victoria station. It is easily accessible via Gatwick Express if flying into Gatwick airport. It is clean and the staff are very accommodating. We were a given the room downstair which was very convenient. They also have a storage room for luggage. They do not however serve cooked food for any of the meals. Special mention to Waleed, Dilshan, and Ershan
Disliked: No complimentary water bottles.

Disliked: There was a bad smell in the bathroom

Liked: Convenient location for victoria stations. Room design. Warmth.
Disliked: Smell of the sewers in the ensuite. The doorway to the room wouldn't be wide enough for someone physically impaired. Decoration needs repair.

Passable stay, practical and fine...

Liked: The hotel had friendly staff and clean ground floor facilities, but the hallway was a bit run down. My room on the top floor was small, not very soundproof, and had average cleanliness. It was fine for a short stay and practical stay, but probably not somewhere I will return to when visiting London.
Disliked: The hotel could use a thorough cleaning, and the lack of soundproofing between rooms was a bit bothersome. Honestly it's not as bad as many other reviews on here, but similarly not without room for improvement.
