Disliked: I rated this hotel as poor. We didn’t have any hot water in the shower. When I asked for a refund I was only given £13 back which was ridiculous.

Good location for our stay,...

Liked: Great location if travelling via Victoria Coach Station a short walk from the station. Reception staff were friendly. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room was on the small size but this wasn't an issue. There was no lift at the hotel so be prepared to use the stairs to get to your rooms if located on the upper floors. The reception staff did offer to take up our bags. Overall the hotel was good value for money.
