Room way too small -...

Liked: Small loft room on 4th floor - no lifts so had to get assistance - very very tiny room - having stayed in many London hotels this was the tiniest room ever!- in fact no room to even leave luggage open so had to place luggage in front of room door which is a fire hazard - absolutely no space to allow anywhere to place yr luggage - bed leaned to the side -I’m a small person and bed only small so no good if yr over 157cm tall -very cramped -great location close to train and coach stations -Shower water temperature- Luke warm - awful !!!Def won’t be back

Disliked: The towels were dirty, we asked for new ones but they were also dirty, bins were not emptied, carpet was dirty and so were the sheets. When we told stuff the problems they just ignored and didn’t apologise.

Great location, comfortable bed

Liked: Great location, lovely staff, comfortable bed, small room but was perfect for the one night stay.
