Superb

Liked: The room, decor and breakfast. Location is v convenient for trains
Disliked: The tiny lift that didnt fit me, my toddler and her folded pram

Pretty modern and clean, but...

Liked: The location was very convenient for me. Bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and modern.
Disliked: It is incredibly tight. Space is super cramped.Evening staff was not so friendly. Morning staff however was okay. Room temperature setting cannot be adjusted, it was HOT during the night.

Good location very close to...

Liked: Bed was really comfortable. RoomWas a good size
Disliked: Breakfast was cramped and only one staff member so things were not being replenished fast enough for the volume of guests. The staff member should have some assistance. Lift was cramped

Beautifully presented and great location....

Liked: Fantastic staff, location and beautifully presented
Disliked: Lack of facilities in the rooms. No Iron, mini fridge, usb, coffee making facilities. Lack of toilet roll
