Liked: Most things.
Disliked: Impossible to book a restaurant table by ringing the hotel directly. We booked a room but needed to reserve a table. The phone customer service was atrocious. Twice the phone went dead and in a third attempt I got through to a very helpful man who could book a room but not reserve a table.A story of our times when phone support is totally lacking.

Disliked: The fact that 12.5 percent is added onto to service automatically and even when you get served just drinks

Disliked: Very dated bathrooms requested champagne bucket and ice in room on arrival by phone confirmed would be done and wasn’t.

Liked: The bed was very comfy and the room largeTasty breakfast
Disliked: The hotel was very noisy, lots of banging and crashing from other guests above us early in the morning and in the evening.No food available after 11pmHad to wait a while to be seated at breakfast even after being told booking was not necessary.Hot tub very small and over crowded, the spa wasn’t as high end as I would expect for the price we paid.

Liked: Very good variety of foods for breakfast, such friendly staff, very clean, beds are super comfy! Added bonus we had robes, slippers & towels to use while there, loved there was a coffee machine and variety of teas available in the spa Area free of charge very nice added touches to our stay.
Disliked: There isn’t much we would have changed actually, maybe more deck chairs in the spa area if anything.
