Celebration for Family Birthday

Liked: Lovely surroundings and location - perfect for a family celebration
Disliked: At Breakfast we would have liked to have been seated altogether but because some of the family were not quite ready all at the same time- they insisted we all sat in smaller groups as each family member arrived- this caused some upset to our grandchildren who all wanted to be together.

Lovely hotel but the room...

Liked: Beautiful location and the staff are lovely and helpful.
Disliked: My room was overlooking a concrete roof (thought it would be a garden view?). The bathroom needs some upgrading and seemed tired. The shower head was cracked and the water didn’t flow properly. The lamp on the dressing table didn’t work, this should have been checked by housekeeping.
