There was no room service...

Liked: Location
Disliked: They charge you $12 a night for parking and it doesn’t show anywhere where they show that fee on there website or when it’s time to book it’s absolutely disgusting that we had to pay an extra $25 to park when that wasn’t expected

Hampton Inn Sea Harbor Drive...

Liked: Expedia.com messed up our accommodations with another hotel during our Florida hurricane evacuation. We were left with a gap of one night with our disabled daughter, her service dog, and our cat. Hampton Inn on Sea Harbor Drive Orlando was literally a safe port in a storm. Disregarding their own personal situations during the 5 hurricane, they were warm and welcoming to a fearful family who were unsure if they would have a home to return to.
