Liked: The location is good.
Disliked: I asked the people at the front desk four times over three days to please turn up the heat in the pool so I could bring my grandchildren swimming. The hotel is near my son's family so the pool and the location are the primary reasons we stay there. My requests were ignored until we were actually freezing ourselves in the pool. At that point, three maintenance people arrived and finally turned up the heat. The breakfast was poor. Fake, wet eggs, limited cereal options, no fruit juice.

I won't stay there again.

Disliked: We stayed 4 nights, and the bedding was never changed and the bed was never made.We went two days without facial tissues, and I had to go to the front desk to ask for more.Used plates and silverware from breakfast were never taken from the room.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Lots of options .
Disliked: The hot tub was broken and there was no signs to let patrons know . I sat in it and ended up getting an infection and a skin reaction . Called the front desk and no effort of compensation or apology
