Got scammed by this hotel

Disliked: I didn’t like how I booked a room with a sofa bed and to my surprise, the room I was given did not have one. I tried getting assistance from the front desk but they said they couldn’t do anything. I was told that they were fully booked out even though the parking lot was empty and that they can’t get me another mattress or even more pillows. They even denied me any sort of refund or accommodation. Feeling a bit scammed. Definitely will not be coming back here.

Liked: Breakfast was decent. Location is close to Northstar.
Disliked: They did not make up our room when we requested it. They also said that they were out of towels. Also, the shower only had lukewarm water. Very bad when a hotel in the mountains doesn’t have hot water. Overall, customer service was very poor. We would not stay there again. Also, hot tub was very small and dirty.
