Lovely like always

Liked: It’s one of the best hotels in Alton it wasn’t more than I expected (206 +security deposit) love the pool and the leds in it.
Disliked: One of the sheets had a bunch of Tiny hairs on it and I was a little itchy but that could just been the detergent that I’m allergic to.

Liked: Very clean rooms, wonderful breakfast (fee), close to all things to see in Alton
Disliked: Front desk staff could have been more friendly. Of the 4 we interacted with, only one lady was nice and pleasant.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that there was a Bunch of kids, young kids and maybe 4 moms in the pool area and the kids were screaming so loud that me and my 4 girls had to leave, it was hurting our ears. The one kid was screaming and the mom wouldn't & didn't control her child.. it was absolutely ridiculous! they was drinking and letting the kids swim...no supervision at all! this is not the hotels fault but it made our stay unpleasant as my kids wanted to swim, the only reason we got that hotel..inside swimming pool.

Disliked: Staff is rude they waited until we got out the pool and called the police on us no warning nothing. Then said I couldn’t get my deposit back and then to find out we got put out the room for a basketball team.
