Friendly staff, clean and comfy...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, good breakfast and good location.
Disliked: Parking garage was tight. Not an issue for my small car but just be aware if you have a larger vehicle.

Good room, and service ....

Liked: The beds were nice and soft, the room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. Also loved our view. Also, the staff was quick and helpful with the lock issue we had the first night. Thank you for that.
Disliked: I liked the first-morning breakfast. But the second, the gravy for biscuits was super salty. And the parking was full one night due to an event and I had to park next door and walk back to the hotel in the dark. Also, I know I got compensated for the parking fees, but I was staying from Friday to Sunday and I shouldn't have to worry if I will have a parking spot at the end of a long dance competition day.

Disliked: Walking to and from the hotel is inconvenient and dangerous (crosswalks are not available in key locations). This area is not built for pedestrians.

Liked: the staff was very nice and accommodating.
Disliked: my room was pretty small for the price. The TV and wifi didn't work in my room, talked to the front desk was able to switch rooms. The second room was better but there was zero hot water the next am and not lotion in the bathroom. Overall I would not say it was worth the price.
