Liked: It was right across the street from the strong which was the reason for the stay
Disliked: A car in the lot was broken into overnight

Clean, modern, safe, fun

Liked: Tanner at the front desk was the best. She told us everything we needed to know and signed me up for loyalty points. I liked the space, the pool, gym and restaurant. Very clean and modern.
Disliked: There were no real dishes, cutlery or glasses at breakfast which made it seem cheap and wasteful. Please cut down on waste by using real dishes to avoid so much plastic waste. Focus more on sustainability.

Liked: It is really close to The Strong Museum of Play.
Disliked: We booked a king bedroom for four people, but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. For the price, the hotel didn’t offer good value. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the lounge wasn’t large enough to accommodate all the guests. Unfortunately, our greeting upon arrival was not very welcoming either.
