Liked: Adrian at the front desk was very helpful when I had questions. The room was comfortable with plenty of space.
Disliked: I had to ask the front desk to have housekeeping clean my room.

Disliked: the desk chair was ok for short term working. unfortunately, it was the only chair in the room. I have acid reflux and sometimes (such as last night), i need to sleep at least part of the night sitting in a chair. for this, the one chair was not useful. the addition of a comfort chair such as in the "suites" would be most appreciated.

Liked: Beds and pillows were super comfy. Room temp easy to adjust. Very good selection at breakfast.
Disliked: One day the housekeeping was late. Otherwise it was fine.

Liked: We were in town for a funeral and the whole family stayed here and the rooms were in close proximity. Everyone was very kind.
Disliked: I liked the hotel. There was nothing not to like about it.
