Short stay

Liked: Location is amazing and staff is friendly! We have stayed here numerous times before. Lobby and first floor were well kept and clean!
Disliked: This time, everything looked a little run down. The hallway needed to be vacuumed. The elevator button was popping out and appeared broken. The elevator never came and had to use the stairs while pregnant and holding a toddler. Shower had little strands of hair left in 3 different spots. Shower floor was stained purple. I don’t think it was worth 124 for less than 24 hours! If I planned on staying longer, the location is worth it and I would pay that amount, but it would only be bc of the location.

Liked: Very comfortable room. Super clean and the sheets smelled so nice! The staff was excellent!

Good Room but…low water pressure

Disliked: The water pressure in our room was very low.

Two night stay that was...

Liked: easy on/off from Memorial and near many restaurants and medical abilities. Quiet atmosphere unless you have people above you pounding around like they were wielding hammers
Disliked: NA

Great place just needs new...

Liked: The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was amazing, with lots to choose from. The price and location were perfect.
Disliked: The mattress in our room was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.

Exceptional

Liked: Quiet, comfortable & clean. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Clerk didn't advise of the incidental charges at the time I checked in.
