My stay was great

Liked: The breakfast was good

Passable

I loved it felt comfortable...

Liked: I loved it , it was nice , clean , the area was good the space just loved it 10/10
Disliked: I had to pay 500 and is still waiting for the 250 im supposed to receive back on my account

Exceptional

With the last events dissappointed

Liked: The coffee station and the snack bar
Disliked: We waited almost half an hour on Jan 4th since no one showed up at the front desk and we had a flight to take, plus fire alarm activated twice one at 1am and the front desk couldn't handle the situation properly, third we were out of water for some hours and next day we have water but only cold since hot option was not available.

Poor

Disliked: The fire alarm went off at 1 am. A water pipe has burst. There was no water in the morning and no compensation.

Superb

Liked: The facility was great clean and comfortable it run 24/7 , it's normal the staff that does the night shift will not be much talkable in morning but beside that the staff was nice .
Disliked: The cakes at the bar in the lobby was not fresh it should be change after certain periode of time .

Pleasant

Liked: Bed were comfortable and breakfast was decent
Disliked: We did not have hot water. The 4 of us had to shower in not even warm water. Was upset because it was freezing outside and we all looked forward to a nice hot shower.
