Even though the hotel is designated smoke free, the room had a strong cigarette odor.

Great staff, very kind and...

Liked: Breakfast was very good with quite a bit to choose from. The staff was very friendly, and I felt they took extra care of the safety of their guests.
Disliked: 1. We had 6 people in our room, and this was noted at check-in. However, we asked for towels. We didn't receive them until the next morning, when we went to the front desk and asked for them. Housekeeping was very slow and perhaps understaffed. I do understand, as this was one of the busiest times in NOLA. 2. The room we had was facing a side street but we could still hear a lot of outside noise at night.

Overall the hotel was nice,...

Liked: The location was perfect. We were only like a 10min walk from Bourbon. 12 mins from Fleur de lis which is a delicious breakfast spot. Also one of the paradas came directly in front of the hotel.
Disliked: I didn't like the breakfast. The Lady at the desk on night shift was rude. The room was a bit smaller than expected.

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This was a busy time of year and they took care of it all! The location was good, and if a person didn’t want to walk, they could take a trolly that is right outside the front door.
