Even though the hotel is designated smoke free, the room had a strong cigarette odor.

It was ok

Liked: Good location. Close to bourbon st. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean enough. Just a basic room with basic amenities.
Disliked: One elevator that fits 6 people on a 14 storey high building is ridiculous. Be prepared to wait at least 10-15 minutes at peak times to get on it. Fix the other elevator.

One heck of an awesome...

Liked: The staff was wonderful. The person that checked me in was,awesome and had outstanding customer service. The young lady in the kitchen name Charlee worked hard to make everyone happy. She,was remarkable working the floor by herself. The two of them showed great customer service which is why I will come there and stay again.
Disliked: There was nothing more you could have done. Everything was great.

Disliked: Elevator was out. We had to walk down stairs from the 11th floor. Bathroom shower door molding was broken. Toilet seat was broken. Room was tiny. You had just enough room to walk around the bed. A/c would not adjust. Terribly warm in our room. We only had 2 towels for 2 people.

Disliked: I got stuck on a elevator for an hour wich is unacceptable i had a room on the 12th floor and had to use stairs the whole stay i want a refund

Disliked: The dirty shower - all kinds of pubic hairs on the floor.
