Even though the hotel is designated smoke free, the room had a strong cigarette odor.

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Loved that coffee and ice water are always available at the lobby.
Disliked: Hotel itself was not clean as expected. Hallways and carpets were dirty. We stayed 3 nights and the trash/dirt on our floor/elevator were still there.. meaning housekeeping does not vacuum and clean the floors everyday. We left bag of trash outside our door in the morning and came back late night and trash still sitting there by the door. We always stay at Hampton Inn hotels when we travel but this is by far the dirtiest hotel we have ever been.

Liked: The hotel was pretty nice and clean. It’s on about 10 minutes walking distance to bourbon st. I felt safe and the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The room I stayed in was 710 and it was small barely any space to move around freely.

Didn’t stay

Liked: Booked through booking, I booked a double bed with sofa. When I checked in & went to my room it was just a double bed had to go downstairs to show what I booked they had something different in their system. No other rooms were available to accommodate my family they told me to stay the night & they would discuss a reduced rate in the morning. I told them it was not enough room for my family & they basically couldn’t do anything at the moment so I found another hotel. Not the location I would’ve liked but it was good.
