Even though the hotel is designated smoke free, the room had a strong cigarette odor.

Disliked: Loud noises every few minutes… no explanation. Bathroom is tiny and shower didn’t drain properly leaving a dirt ring at the bottom of shower. YUCK

Needs room service

Liked: Location was great, staff were great, breakfast was amazing. Room was fantastic.
Disliked: When I booked I swear it said it had room service. When we were in our room, the TV had a room service menu but the number never answered. When I called reception they said they didn't have room service.

Liked: Front desk clerk Essence. She was so professional & helpful. She listened to my needs & just all in all a great person. Give her a raise, she deserves it.

Conference stay

Liked: The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the French Quarter and the bus stop to the Airport, line 202. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was not that good—there was a restricted selection of food. There should have been a better selection of cereals, scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, etc.

Liked: Size of room. Location was great and city was neat to see, wished I was able to have spent more time.
Disliked: Bed was small, and bathroom was small.
