Even though the hotel is designated smoke free, the room had a strong cigarette odor.

Nice but too pricey.
Liked: Nice location, we parked and actually walked everywhere, even to the stadium. Helpful staff and decent hot breakfast.
Disliked: Only 2 elevators and 1 was not working so there a long wait when we checked out. . There’s no parking on site but there is parking across the street. We paid $46.00 for 24 hrs. Price gouging due to the game.

More info and unfriendly staff
Liked: The location was great, the room was nice and clean
Disliked: The bathroom was too smallBut most of all we didn't like the parking in the garage, because we had to walk outside and around the back to get to our vehicles, if there was an easier way to get to the garage it wasn't told to us when we checked in and the staff was not friendly at all

Very poor
Liked: The location was great. The value was ok.
Disliked: When we first entered the hotel lobby, the smell of sewage was so strong it was like we were standing in a public restroom. The floors were dirty and the housekeeper was sitting on the chair on his phone. This seemed to be a common theme with the staff, because when I approached the front desk BOTH attendants were on their phone and were very un-phased by me walking up with my mother and 7 week old baby to check in. I greeted them both and said “Good afternoon, we are here to check in.” The male desk worker rolled his eyes and dropped his phone down on the desk and said “there aren’t any rooms” and I told him that we had a reservation. He didn’t ask my name or anything, just told me “doesn’t matter, there aren’t any rooms.” So I asked him when a room would be ready, because I needed to pump for my breast fed baby. He shrugged his shoulders and said they could call me. It was 4:15pm at this point so I sat in the lobby and waited. I asked if there was some place I could breast feed my baby that was t the open lobby with multiple people coming in and out, but the desk workers were so into their phones they didn’t even hear me. When we were finally able to check in, there was only one working elevator so we had to wait quite some time to get on and get to our room on the 12th floor.

Awful experience.
Liked: This property completely overbooked there rooms by almost 10 rooms. Nothing to like because we weren’t able to stay there.
Disliked: We showed up and they advised the suite we booked on Halloween weekend wasn’t availability. We booked months in advance and paid over a week prior to the stay.
