Very poor

Disliked: I was charged 250 cleaning fee from a housekeeping complaint a day before I before I even checked out and the manager never once spoke to me about a fee. Absolutely ridiculous and there were no damages whatsoever I was never contacted in regards to this and when i tried to inquire I was told the manager wasn’t available because she was off and then the next few days were her day off. Absurd.

Liked: The art and color scheme was very pleasing to the eye and everything was clean and the scent was great. The way environments smell is important for giving a feeling of well being.
Disliked: Since we eat in when we travel we like a small dining table and have noticed that Hampton Inn does not provide this.
