Friendly staff; good breakfast; clean hotel.

The room was clean, plenty of towels, etc. The staff was friendly and fast checking us in. We did not encounter any problems at all. Location is great.

Disliked: No amenities. Bar was closed the entire stay, room was not as neat nor clean as advertised, day staff was unpleasant for Sunday and they tax for parking.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. Carla was the sweetest.
Disliked: When we came back after our event, the front desk person was gone, and the hotel was locked up. Our hotel key wouldn't open the door. The phone wasn't working. And when the desk person arrived, they seemed annoyed at having to let us in. They said "yes we lock that door and hotel keys don't work". Even though the sign out front says to use hotel key after 10 PM. The hotel itself is an old building. But it could use a very good thorough cleaning. Could see dirt buildup in grout in the bathroom, stains on the furnishings, and the beds are not comfortable.
