Liked: Exceptional breakfast, location, and the staff went the extra mile in every way.The manager and all of the associates were courteous and very engaging, noticing what the guests needed without even being asked.
Disliked: The only thing could’ve been better is if the stay was free.Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations.

Disliked: Rude rushed me out ur room after hr was sue to check in then tried to down size my room

Liked: Large lobby. Breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: Pallet near the front door to cover something. Beds very hard. Pillows all soft. Put in a handicapped room for some reason. Area around elevators needs painted bad, looks terrible. Just not maintained well. All for over $200 per night in nowhere Indiana.

Not a Good Experience

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly
Disliked: The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs through the mattress. There was mold on the ceiling above the window. The tub in the bathroom was dirty, and the faucet leaked all over the counter when I turned it on. We walked out on a terrace from the lobby and there was empty beer bottles on the ground and on a table out there. When we looked over the balcony, there was garbage all over the grounds
