Disliked: TV didn’t work at first But great maintenance guy fixed it for us quickly.

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: I booked the room for my mother whom is a cancer patient and the man gave her the blues checking in. I had to speak to the gentleman over the phone in order for my mom to get the keys to the room.

Overall, I like our stay...

Liked: Every staff was so nice.
Disliked: There’s a very squeaky chair in our room. I hope they can change it. I sat there while everyone was sleeping and the squeaking was a little loud that I am afraid I might wake up my friends.

Things to look forward to

Liked: I like that the room was clean and the staff was nice and friendly.
Disliked: I didn't like that I saw house keeping on my floor when I left the hotel that morning and when I came back nothing was done to my room. I understand that cleaning is every other day(should be every day) w/out request but at least the trash should have been emptied and fresh towels should've been put in the room. That's bare minimum for the nightly cost of the room.

Liked: Very clean and nicely decorated facility. The room air conditioner was quiet and didn’t smell musty. Nice window coverings and room accommodations. Breakfast area and food were outstanding.
Disliked: Would be nice to have instead of four soft pillows, to have two soft and two with a little more firmness. Just a personal preference though, not complaining.
