Liked: Apparently we got the last room. Staff was super helpful. The room was close to the venue.
Disliked: It rained so we couldn't walk and enjoy the city.

Great little hotel if you are in town for a concert at Xfinity Center. It was not even 10 minutes from the venue. Has a nice little breakfast offering and rooms were clean and comfy. Only downside is it's not easily, readily near any fast food etc. so you need to find somewhere to eat which wasn't a hassle at all.
Liked: Breakfast offering was great. Close to concert venue. They had coffee available all day!
Disliked: Nothing!

Wonderful room; perfect for a quick trip to Hartford. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was spacious. Enjoyed the continental breakfast and wi-fi!

I was a flight attendant for Delta for 15 years before I quit to stay home with my five children, so I have stayed in my share of hotels. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Your staff was very friendly. It was a very pleasant experience! I would definitely stay in a Hampton Inn again. In fact, I already have reservations to stay in your Columbia, SC hotel for one of my daughter's cheerleading competitions next March. I will continue to look for Hampton Inns first when I make my travel plans. Thank you again for a pleasant stay!
Liked: My daughter and I got to Hartford earlier than planned and the front desk staff were very kind to us. They told us that they would try to get our room ready as soon as possible for us. They printed off directions to the venue of the concert that my daughter was attending that evening without me even asking. They were very nice!
Disliked: The person taking over the desk at 3:00pm on 6/19/14 was unprofessional in that she was arguing very loudly with the woman that was on desk duty before her, just as my daughter and I were leaving to go get some lunch.
