Bogus charges with no explanation...

Disliked: I paid in full on Booking.com but the hotel insisted on charging me more when I checked in. The front desk employee couldn’t give me a reason why, he just said that his system said I owed more. I asked him for the total cost and he told me, then I pointed out that what he was charging in addition to what I had already paid on booking.com was more than the total cost but he didn’t care.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location. Staff was excellent. Breakfast included was very good snd a great value. I've never experienced 2 (Home2 and Hampton) hotels operating in the same building. Booking experience was confusing but it actually worked fine. Very nice clean facilities.
