I will not be coming...
Disliked: The checkin line was long and very slow. I modified the reservation to 2 beds and sleeper sofa for 3 people. Instead we got one bed. The bathroom had feces on toilet and mold spores around shower handle.

Liked: The location was great and the breakfast was worth it.The staff was amazing at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I did not receive the pillows I requested, and bathroom exhaust fan did not work.

Customer Service Issues with Hampton...
Liked: The hotel initially charged me full price for the room upon my arrival using my debit card. Although I had already ser up my payment through booking using Affirm. The booking was paid in full using booking.
Disliked: The front desk staff Abigal was extremely rude to me and Ailene from booking. Abigail charged my card for the full price of the room of $406.00, although my room was full paid for through booking. She attempted to charge me $50.00 twice for incidentals. Although there is no mention of incidental charges when choosing the hotel. Arlene from booking had to spend over 30 minutes on the phone with front desk to get the charges reversed on my credit card.
