The staff was very polite and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies and the housekeeping crew. My room was very clean and fresh in appearance. In fact, everywhere I went in the hotel was clean and in excellent condition!

Liked: I had a lovely stay for the weekend.

Liked: I liked the fact that it is a Hilton/Hampton Inn but this property was not at all in line with the quality that is usually synonymous with these names.
Disliked: Several vehicles had their windows smashed overnight. For being in the Easton proximity, the location was pretty sketchy. The room was very dated and our bed was absolutely the worst.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location and clean
Disliked: Pool was under construction and a big reason we stayed there. This was not advertised and extremely disappointing for my 7-year old who waited 10 hours to swim after a long road trip.

Liked: The location was great. If you wanted to eat or shop, you were close to that. The breakfast was good and the staff was very pleasant. I appreciated the feeling of being safe.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like.

It was just ok, but...

Disliked: My window looked out on a wall. The room was so dark that inside lighting wasn’t enough to even light the whole room. Breakfast did not look good to me.

Exceptional

Location and staff were great....

Liked: Was clean and convenient. Breakfast was decent. Needed restocking of silverware and some items. Pet friendly with bags and waste bin by the green space.
Disliked: The pool was not working the entire weekend. The elevator sounded a little scary/ noisy when riding. My thermostat on my room didn’t work. Did not take any money off for non working pool.
