Liked: The 2 queen bed suite was great and the kids had plenty of extra room so it didn’t feel cramped during the time spent in the room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

We expected it would be...

Liked: The staff was gentle, polite and smiley. We were in five and they offered an extra bed free of charge. My suite size was excellent. The location is very good. They have a very efficient service of bag storage after check out, if you need or want to stay some more hours in town.
Disliked: The breakfast was a mess! Too crowded and we didn't see the hotel trying to solve the problem. I was also surprised to see that breakfast was served on disposable plates and cutlery! The mountains of garbage piling up every day were appalling!. The shower and the sink water had low pressure. I reported this to the front desk, but it looks like nobody checked it. The low water pressure in the shower and sink caused water to spill onto the floor. Since the water didn't flow with enough pressure, it dripped near the shower and faucet, leaving puddles on the floor.
