A lovely hotel

Liked: Everything was spiffy clean, spacious room, big bathroom, lots of towels. The room and building itself has clean lines and modern. Enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: Perhaps I would upgrade breakfast items to include more healthier and vegetarian items. Better bread products and more fruit varieties.

The staff are hard workers!...

Liked: The staff was great especially Cynthia and Ashley at check in. They were so friendly! Ashley was in the lobby when we headed out for an active and greeted made sure we were doing well. She is a true star employee! Just from the interaction of Ashley and Cynthia we would stay at the hotel again.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay! It was very crowded when trying to get food but we understood because the hotel was full. The food was okay.

This hotel was very new...

Liked: I really liked the location there were a lot of fast food restaurants located right outside the hotel. It also was a 4 minute drive from the United Center which was very convenient for my trip.
Disliked: I really only had one complaint about my stay. I think the breakfast was a little bland but other than that I enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer.

Liked: They closed off breakfast before 10. Staff did not seem friendly. Room was okay, NOT GOOD. NO ONE CAME TO CLEAN THE ROOM ON MY 2ND DAY EVEN AFTER I REQUESTED.
Disliked: For the price, the value could have been better. Food was okay, NOT GREAT, but the hotel offered very little in terms of value for money.
