Great people; it was nice to have a breakfast available. Friendly staff!! I will be back for sure. Charlotte has sooooo much to offer.

Our go to place when...

Liked: Comfortable and clean. This is our go to place to stay when flying out of Charlotte. Love the shuttle service and $10/day parking.

It was okay but could’ve...

Liked: Everything was great. Staff wasn’t too friendly.
Disliked: The staff was ignorant at the check in desk.

Liked: proximity to airport. Friendly transport driver
Disliked: they have taken a $50 deposit and not returned the (50-7) $43 they owe me. I have chased them about this but so far no response. Also promised an early breakfast but didnt happen
