We loved it all from the workers to the breakfast. The smile was amazing. God Bless you all.

Liked: The workers at the desk were so helpful. We got there early - our room was not ready but they had them to work on it while we went to eat. Came back, it was done. Can't thank them enough . Will come back to stay very very clean and that was a big big big plus.
Disliked: Not a thing.

Good

Liked: The breakfast was lovely but there were no plates. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The carpet in our room was sticky. The plug in our tub and sink were missing so we were scared to drop anything. The pool room was cold and the water could have been warmer. CSR was never at the front desk, we had to wait till they saw us on camera to come out and help us.

Liked: Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and served in a clean area.

Frustrating

Disliked: Pillows were cheap and awful to try and sleep on. Coffee was warm at best, they allowed contract workers who parked so many vehicles in multiple spaces, we had to drive around until someone left to get a parking space.

Good

Clean and comfortable, as expected

Liked: Close to interstate, restaurant options. Facilities clean and safe.
Disliked: Check-in wasn't particularly friendly. Did not ask if I was an Honors member.
