We loved it all from the workers to the breakfast. The smile was amazing. God Bless you all.

Liked: The workers at the desk were so helpful. We got there early - our room was not ready but they had them to work on it while we went to eat. Came back, it was done. Can't thank them enough . Will come back to stay very very clean and that was a big big big plus.

Liked: We love the “Hilton” brand amenities and Hilton Member benefits. Welcomed with water bottles and cookies. Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice room layout and very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Lobby coffee was always tepid - morning and night ☕️🥲

Disliked: I pre paid thru Booking.com and I was still charged at check-in. Booking said they couldn't refund and multiple messages to Hampton didn't get any response from them.

Liked: The common area was great. Room was large and awesome.
Disliked: We shecked in late afternoon New Years Eve and when we got back to the room New Years morning after celebrating that the towels and wash cloths were already used and hanging on the hooks. I guess house keeping missed the bathroom before our arrival. We let the front desk know and they apologized.
